###### I removed my eSIM from the device. What to do ? 

It's like throwing your plastic SIM away. 

There are a lot of places where we mention this. 

The eSIM will be lost forever if it's removed from the device after being successfully installed. 

Normally these plans aren't refundable, but if you want to send a request to our customer support, we'll see what we can do.
