Why my eSIM is not working?

First, please check the following settings:


  1. Wi-Fi is disabled.


  1. Cellular / Mobile Data is enabled.




  1. eSIM plan is installed on your device.


  1. eSIM is selected for Cellular/ Mobile data usage.



If the above requirements are met, but your eSIM still is not working, please turn Data Roaming on.


  1. Go to your device to Settings > Cellular / Mobile Data > WiFi Map eSIM




  1. Turn on Data Roaming.




  1. Restart your device, then wait a few minutes and check your mobile internet connection.
