Why my eSIM is not working?
First, please check the following settings:
- Wi-Fi is disabled.
- Cellular / Mobile Data is enabled.
- eSIM plan is installed on your device.
- eSIM is selected for Cellular/ Mobile data usage.
If the above requirements are met, but your eSIM still is not working, please turn Data Roaming on.
- Go to your device to Settings > Cellular / Mobile Data > WiFi Map eSIM
- Turn on Data Roaming.
- Restart your device, then wait a few minutes and check your mobile internet connection.
