Why my eSIM is not working?

First, please check the following settings:

Wi-Fi is disabled.

Cellular / Mobile Data is enabled.

eSIM plan is installed on your device.

eSIM is selected for Cellular/ Mobile data usage.

If the above requirements are met, but your eSIM still is not working, please turn Data Roaming on.

Go to your device to Settings > Cellular / Mobile Data > WiFi Map eSIM

Turn on Data Roaming.

Restart your device, then wait a few minutes and check your mobile internet connection.

If this doesn't work for you, please contact our Support Team for troubleshooting.
