I get an error : "This code is no longer valid"

This error might happen if the QR code is not scanned right or if the eSIM is already on your phone.

If the scan doesn't work, it could be because of a weak network. Try scanning the QR code again when you have a better connection or use manual input.

To see if the eSIM is already on your phone:


- Go to Settings > General > About on your phone.

- Look for ICCID and an extra digit under your phone's Cellular Plans. This means your eSIM is active.

Remember, most eSIMs can't be installed more than once. If you removed your eSIM, you can't put it back. For more info, check the eSIM app or website.
