My connection stopped working
The eSIM worked initially, but then my data service stopped working. How do I fix a problem?
If new network registration attempts are made in a very short time, some eSIMs have trouble connecting to the cellular network.
Here's what you can do:
Turn the data on and off
Turn on airplane mode, then turn it off
You can even turn off your phone to reset it.
Contact customer support if you still have problems after trying the three troubleshooting methods.
We can investigate further or refund you.
If you contact customer support, please send screenshots showing you no longer have service so we can diagnose the problem.
Important: Never delete your eSIM. You'll never be able to use your eSIM if you delete it.
