I cannot install eSIM on my phone

I can't install eSIM. What should I do?


Please follow these detailed steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Verify Device Compatibility: Ensure that your device is compatible with eSIM technology. Not all devices support eSIM, so it's important to check your device's specifications on the manufacturer's website or our eSIM compatible devices list.

eSIM Carrier Unlocked: Make sure your device has no SIM restrictions. How to check if your iPhone is eSIM Carrier Unlocked.

Check your Network: In order to install the eSIM profile into your Cellular settings, you'll need internet access. We recommend installing your eSIM right away and turning it on when you arrive at your destination.

Follow the eSIM Installation guide: In the app or on the website, go to 'My eSIM' page and click on the 'eSIM Installation Guide' for the eSIM plan you purchased. You'll need to follow the instructions carefully to install your eSIM.

Scan QR Code Again or Use Manual Activation: Please ensure QR code is scanned correctly. Position your device's camera steadily over the QR code until it's recognized. If the QR code method fails, please try manual activation method.

Please note, eSIM profiles are installed in Settings on your device, not in the app or website.

Important: Never delete your eSIM. You'll never be able to use your eSIM if you delete it.
